ABOUT THE ROLE
Norion Bank is growing, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our continued development through previous experience and established networks. In recent years, we have undergone a strategic transformation, evolving from a digital challenger to a Nordic financing bank with solid profitability.

As a Senior Client Executive Corporate, you will focus on providing working capital financing and loans to companies that value flexibility and fast processes. You will work closely with the management and owners of our clients to find tailored financing solutions and build long-term business relationships. The role includes developing new client relationships as well as managing your own portfolio.

This position is based in Helsinki and is part of a growing Nordic Corporate team with colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, and Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model with approximately 50% of the work week is spent at our office in Ruoholahti. The focus is on operating and investment companies with needs for investment loans, growth financing, acquisition financing, and advanced factoring solutions. Typically, our ticket size varies in the range of 3-30 m€. In Helsinki, you will join a dedicated Corporate team of three Client Executive colleagues, two Analysts plus the Head of Corporate Finland, to whom you will report, while collaborating closely with Nordic colleagues to deliver comprehensive financing solutions.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Acquire new clients within our target segments
• Tailor financing solutions based on client needs
• Present solutions to clients and the credit committee
• Perform client follow-ups to ensure internal and external requirements are met

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. You have at least 10 years of experience in complex business transactions, working strategically with clients at executive level. Over the years, you have built a strong professional network in the industry, which you leverage to create and develop business opportunities.

You combine high self-leadership with strong resilience – able to handle pressure and challenges while staying focused on long-term goals. You enjoy thinking outside the box and bringing new perspectives to the table, while at the same time ensuring reliable delivery and sustainable business solutions.

You thrive in building relationships and networking thanks to your strong customer focus and interpersonal skills. You have an analytical mindset when required, and you are results-oriented – delivering high-quality work on time is second nature to you.

Furthermore, you are comfortable expressing yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Finnish and English. Naturally, skills in Swedish are considered an advantage, yet not a requirement.
